JustReClip is provided as a technical utility designed solely for personal, non-commercial archiving, educational study, and fair use backup of publicly accessible media.

JustReClip strictly respects intellectual property rights. We do not host, store, index, or catalogue any media on our server drives. All media streams are delivered on-the-fly directly from the origin platform to your personal client browser.

User Responsibility: You, as the end-user, bear sole legal and ethical responsibility for the media URLs you submit and the manner in which you use downloaded content. JustReClip does not endorse, condone, or encourage unauthorized commercial distribution or copyright infringement.

4 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood or overload our download infrastructure.
• Attempting to bypass security safeguards, perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or disrupt service operations.
• Using JustReClip to download copyrighted media for unauthorized commercial resale, public broadcast, or monetization.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract proprietary engine components for malicious use.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

JustReClip is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune to third-party API changes, or available 100% of the time.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JustReClip, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including data loss, hardware damage, or legal disputes arising from third-party copyright claims.

JustReClip is an independent technological tool. We are not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.
